I don't know how to cancel a podcast subscription.

I can't find an option to cancel a podcast subscription and I've never received an email concerning the payment. I'm one member of a Spotify Family account.

Hey there! I am happy to help. 

Spotify includes a cancel link in their monthly email which confirms your next podcast subscription payment. You can find the link in an email they’ve already sent you, or wait until the next one arrives. You can still access subscription-only content until your next renewal date, then it will be locked again.

If it has been more than two months since you have received an email, please reach back out here and I’ll see what to suggest.

The subject line of the confirmation email should be Monthly subscription confirmation for [podcast name]. - try searching for it in your inbox and make sure to check in your spam and any other filtered folders you may have in case the email ended up there. If you have multiple email addresses that you use, make sure to check all of them.
