I've been getting Spotify Ads saying I could get 3 months of premium free, if I never had premium before, I don't know if I did or not, how could I check?

If you're seeing this error message and you haven't made any purchases, it means your payment method was used on another account, so it's worth checking with close friends or family members if anyone used it for starting a trial or paying for a recurring subscription.
If that's the case, you can start a regular Premium subscription.

When I press Individual, it says "3-month free trial" under Your Plan, does that mean I am eligible?
Most likely, yes.
You can also head here and check if any receipts exist in your account. If there are none, you should definitely be eligible.
I have never purchased Spotify Premium before on my account and I have an offer of 3 months now until the 21st of May. I have checked my order history and it says I haven't made any purchases in the past 2 years (obviously because I haven't ever) and yet when I try to purchase it, an error pops up saying that I've already used my free trial.
How do I fix this??????
