Audiobook reading credited to wrong account

Audiobook reading credited to wrong account

I'd reached my max in audiobook monthly listening & decided to get the audiobook add-on as I like to use it. I have a duo acct w/ my husband with me as the primary member. The audiobook credit went to him & he NEVER listens to audiobooks. How do I get it removed from him & credited to me?

Sorry to hear that. Please note that only the plan manager of shared plans (Premium Family, Duo) can purchase audiobook listening time. He can view the full refund policy and request a refund following these steps

 

You’ll need to subscribe to Audiobooks+, which allows you to have additional audiobook hours. There’s more information on how to purchase this here.

In addition to what @Billy-J has mentioned above, keep in mind that it's not possible to move the top-up in any way if you bought it for the wrong account. However, you can reach out to us privately via the channels here - our teams will then review the situation and explore the best option to help you out.
