I fo have problem with address for Duo plan

My Question or Issue

My husband is trying to invite me to his premium plan Duo but first I have to confirm my address. my account is set up for Slovakia, same as my husband's. He sent me exact address but its not working. We tried it like 10 times. We chceked our accounts and settings. All is the same. But error still pops up "it looks that you are trying to log in from abroad" or something similar.

Can you solve it? Thank you.
