I get a message that my payment failed, but I can't find what credit card I am using that is failing

I get a message that my payment failed, but I can't find what credit card I am using that is failing

I need to know at least the last 4 digits of the card that I used for payment to figure why my payment is failing! I'm not gonna just update payment without getting that info first!! Could you provide that?

Hey @zzcomplain, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

You’re able to see and update what payment method is being used for your Premium subscription following these steps. The payment method that’s listed alongside your next billing date is the one that may be failing and should be updated to avoid your Premium from canceling and reverting to Free.
