And you kept the same number ?

Hey there,

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

In this case, we'd like to add some insights. If your plan was under your previous partner company, keep in mind they managed your payments. It's possible that when you changed from internet provider your subscription ended as well. It might be worth contacting them to check if they can give you insights on what happened with your Spotify subscription.

Then, it's possible you logged in to a different free account. This can be the reason why you can't see the Premium service. We suggest you check the details of the account you logged in with these steps from a mobile device:

  1. Go to Home.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. At the top of settings, you can see the email linked to your account (if any) and the type of plan you have there.

If you aren’t certain about the details you used to register on the app, go to password reset and enter possible email addresses you own. When you enter an email that's registered with Spotify, you'll get a password reset message for that email.

Note: Keep in mind there are a few ways to sign up, e.g. with email, phone number, Facebook, Apple, or Google. Try logging in with these, your Premium account may be linked to one of these options as well.

We hope you found this helpful. Keep us in the loop!
