I have a problem

I bought equipment at an electronics store and got a code to redeem for 3 months of free premium account, I didn't read that it has to be an account that has never had a subscription.

I entered the code and then got an error that it cannot be redeemed on this account.

I created a NEW ACCOUNT and entered the code and I got information that the trial version was activated.
HOW? What I must do now?

the code could not be redeemed on the previous account or on the NEWLY CREATED ACCOUNT.

Keep in mind that the Spotify gift card cannot be applied to trial offers. You may need to wait for the trial period to end before you redeem the gift card. I’d recommend following these steps relating to your gift card not working.
