I have been charged twice for my Premium subscription!!!

I have been charged twice for my Premium subscription!!!

It has been months now that Spotify has been charging me in soles (Peruvian currency, since my account is from Peru) and dollars for my Premium subscription. I have no idea why or how to make this stop happening. I do not want to cancel my account, since I enjoy and use the service, but I want to pay what's fair. Please help me out!

Sometimes Spotify users create more than one account for different reasons. In such a case you might have two or more Premium accounts in different currencies since we charge each Premium plan once per month.

 

Make sure you check out this help page to find secondary accounts you might've created. Then you can cancel the subscription following the steps here
