I have completed the payment from my side , i open spotify and was not done

I have completed the payment from my side , i open spotify and was not done

I have completed my payment … my payment deducted from my bank account and when i came back on the website.. it was saying that something went wrong….

Same here. I have been debited but it’s still showing downgrade on the spotify app

There are a few things to check in this case-scenario:

 

  • Double-check your subscription status from your Account Overview page. If it shows up as Premium, make sure you log in with the same email address in the app as the one that's displayed on your account page.
  • Make sure the payment was successful. If your Spotify payment is marked as 'pending' on your bank statement, it might not have gone through successfully. If the payment fails, the pending status will expire and the funds will be returned to you soon.
  • Check your Spotify receipts. If the payment is not showing there, it most likely means it failed, but you can try to subscribe again.
  • You may have accidentally signed up to Premium on a second account. You can check if you have more than one account on Spotify by following these specific steps.
