I have taken the yearly subscription and paid also, but not activated

I have taken the yearly subscription and paid also, but not activated

I have taken the yearly subscription and paid Rs 499 also, but the subscription is not activated and I did not get my refund back if not activated.

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

Let's first check if you have possibly activated the subscription on a different account. Here is how to do it. 

 

If you have had an active subscription before the yearly one, the former one needs to run out for the yearly one to become active. You can check this on your account page.

 

If those are not the cases, here is our refund policy, which will help you further.
