Can you start by taking a look at your Receipts page? There you should be able to see all your charges and check if you've been charged for a certain month.

 

It's possible that you've had some failed payments on your account for the past few months, and the system was able to take the payments with a certain delay. 

 

We'd also recommend that you check your subscription's status on your account page and follow the steps here.
 

When it comes to compensation, you can check our refund policy page for information on potential refunds.
