I'm trying to update my payment method to a card from a new country

I'm trying to update my payment method to a card from a new country

I've moved to a new country (Germany, from Australia) and am trying to use my German bank account to make payments. I put in the card info and I'm told it doesn't match my country settings, so I go to change my country settings and I get an error message. The FAQs seem to suggest this shouldn't happen.

Thanks for reaching out.


In this case, you'll need to cancel your current subscription and wait for it to end. Once it has ended, you can change your country setting through the dropdown menu here.


Once that's done, you can subscribe to your desired plan using your payment method that's been issued in the country you're currently in at
