I need help transferring a new premium subscription to my existing account

I need help transferring a new premium subscription to my existing account

Hi, my Spotify subscription canceled, I tried to renew my subscription and Spotify made a new account under my Facebook name.. now I am paying for a subscription that I don’t even use as my playlists are on my original subscription.. how do I transfer that monthly deduction to my other account so I can have premium on my original account.

 

please help… it’s been months

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. We hope you don't mind us moving your post out of the Chats section to one of our Help boards as it fits better here.

 

In Spotify, it's not possible to transfer active subscriptions between accounts due to security reasons. If you're getting paying for a secondary account, it's better to cancel one of them or merge the accounts into a single one to avoid double charges. 

 

However, since we don't have access to user's accounts, we'd recommend contacting our Customer support directly so they can look for the accounts with your payment details and help you further.
