how do I change my plan from premium individual to premium duo?

Thanks for reaching out.

You can switch plans by following these steps:

1. Go to your account page.
2. Under Manage your plan, click Change plan.
3. Choose a plan.

Your subscription will update right away to reflect your new plan and your existing Premium Individual time will be converted into Duo time (and this will bring your next payment date forward).

Same for me. I wonder if my remaining week of individual will just be "lost" financially. I cannot seem to find a definitive answer, plus there only seems to be this English language community and I don't knwo if all the rules apply here in Germany. Would be nice if there were real support, given the steep price.

Don't worry - we can confirm that the change is immediate, so by starting a new Duo subscription your plan will switch to Premium Duo right away. Just note that your billing date might be a few days earlier to adjust for the price difference between the two plans.

If you're looking to join a Duo plan as a member instead, the change is also immediate. Your previous subscription gets overwritten, so you won't be charged for your account in the future, as the billing is handled by the plan manager.
