I subscribed to premium offer but it's not visible on my account

I subscribed to premium offer but it's not visible on my account

Hello,

 

I received a 60 days premium offer that I subscribed to (giving credit card information).

I get informed that I can unsubscribe whenever within the 2 months using my account -> subscription menu.

But when I connect to my account : I still get premium offers adds.

I still have add when I'm listening.

On my account -> subscription, I don't see any unsubscription link

When I try to subscribe anew, I get a message saying I'already benefits from the offer.

To sum up : I'm lost. What can I do ?

Hey, have you had Premium in the past? If so, youre not eligible to get any of the trial offers. But if you got an email and signed up successfully, its possible that you applied the trial to a different account than the one you're signed into. Try going to support.spotify.com and look for the link that says something like "I might have two accounts" it'll help a lot if you have two. In that case, get in touchwith the people that work for spotify either by @SpotifyCares on Twitter or throguh the contact form and see what they can do for you

it was the 2nd solution : two accounts (but not linked).
