I switched my premium account to duo but the 2nd user is still as a freeone

Two days ago I swithched to duo account and added my girlfriend as the second user, but she is still listening ads like a free account. We tought it could be a couple of hours, maybe a day, to switch it but the ads of a free account are there, so we tried different ways to solve it but anything doesn't work

Hey there! Happy to help. 

 

In order for Premium Duo to work, you must send her an invite for her to join your plan. You can do this by following these steps.

If she is still getting ads and not receiving any Premium features, make sure that the status of her account says Premium here.
