My Question or Issue

My premium account was suspened when spotify quit accepting payment throught Itunes.  I continue to receive "Payment Failed" messages after trying re-subscribe to premium 10+ times over 4 days using different devices and two different valid credit cards. I've called the bank, it's not their issue and the bank doesn't show spotify has tried receive a payment.

Thanks for reaching out.

In order to use a new payment method for your Spotify plan, you need to cancel the subscription through your Apple account, wait for the account to revert to free and then re-subscribe here.
