I tried to subscribe to spotify for free and there was a charge.

I made two attempts on a card, and the message appeared saying that I was not entitled to a subscription, I tried with another card and it worked. However, on the first card, I received two charges (one for each attempt) in the amount of BRL$7.00, totaling BRL$14.00. How to proceed? there was no refund.

Welcome to Spotify Community, and thanks for reaching out to us!

Sometimes, when trying to subscribe, Spotify makes some minor test charges and the values are refunded within a few hours maximum. Could you double-check if the values were already refunded, please? 

In case there was no refund, after all, the most recommendable here is that you contact the Customer Support team to get help with it. They usually reply within 24-48 hours by email, but you can also tweet to @SpotifyCares on Twitter or message Spotify Cares on Facebook.
