I was charged today again although my account showed that I'll be charged

I was charged today again although my account showed that I'll be charged

Please see into it, according to the plan I was about to be charged in 3/15/23 but it already charged me today with ₹119.

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community!

 

Can you start by taking a look at your Receipts page? If you don't see any extra payment there, it means that you might be paying for 2 different accounts.
 

It's also possible that you've had some failed payments on your account for the past few months and the system was able to take the payments with a certain delay.
 

If none of the above is the case, feel free to reach out to our Customer Support team through one of the channels here. They should be able to check what's going on and help you further.
