I was sent wrong information

I was sent wrong information

Got an email from Spotify saying I could only pay $.99 for three months of Spotify premium. I've done this before so when I press the link to get the 3 months of premium I didn't care to look at everything to everything twice because I read it the last time . I got a confirmation email for it with the receipt and I saw that I was charged $9.99 for the three months so I'm confused on why I was charged $9.99 when the email said $.99

Welcome to the Spotify Community.

 

It sounds like you weren't eligible for the 3 months for $0.99 offer, so you ended up purchasing the 3 months for $9.99 one instead.

 

This is because the $0.99 offer is only available to new users who haven't tried Premium before.
