Im STILL getting adds. I'm PREMIUM. And i'm quite fed up with this crappy service

My Question or Issue

Why in the world do i keep hearing annoying adds WHEN I'M A PAYING CUSTOMER. You say "pay and won't get adds" THAT'S FALSE. You should say "Pay to get FEWER adds" so people can take a decision. I HATE adds mid-podcast. And don't tell me, Karen or Kevin from Spotify, "ooh, noo, ads are from the podcaster, teehee" because i know for a fact that no, they are NOT. I usually listen to RSlash, and HIS adds do NOT have their own 34 second bar, neither he will make an add for Salchichas Campofrío or BBVA Openbank because those adds are targetted via my location, because i'm in Spain. My first year and a half, no add, not a single one. But from mid covid to now... **bleep**. I'm attraching a picture so you can see, in the top part says (translated, obviously) Ad from: OPENBANK.

The last karen i spoke with told me "ooh noo, those adds are from the podcaster." 
LIES! When is an add from the podcaster, here would say Ad from: Rslash.

Only happens in my smartphone, not on PC. GF and i have Duo account, she has the same problem.

Sincerely, i kinda preffer youtube music or whatever, why do this suck this hard nowadays?
Do we all need to make a plataform and launch a complain?

While Spotify doesn’t play ads that interrupt the music listening experience of Premium subscribers, some podcasts may include advertising, host-read endorsements, or sponsorship messages.
Each podcaster can decide what ads & ad placeholders to include in their shows.
