Im getting charged twice?

My spotify subscrition is $12.99, which gets chaged with my itunes. I have already made sure that it was spotify.

But, for the past few months  

Spotify, US 45 W. 18th Street, New York NY

has also been charging me $9.99

I want to cancel one of them but i dont know how

Im getting charged $23 at the end of the day and would like to resolve this problem as soon as possible

a quick reply would  be extremelyy appreciated considering that spotify doesnt have a customer service number, thank you.
