Implement bank pin code or TAC

Implement bank pin code or TAC

I get unknown charges on my other bank acc previously, cancelled that credit card, received new one and still getting this unknown charges on my new card. Please implement bank TAC or pin code for validation because this is very concerning.

Thanks for reaching out. The way a payment is authorized is usually decided by the payment provider. In most cases there are several layers of security present, such as some form of two-factor authentication, especially for card payments. Check your receipts page and make sure that this isn't just a case of some payment getting billed later than expected and thus creating the illusion that you were charged twice in the same month. If you have actually paid twice, then consider checking if you have a second account, where you still have an active subscription. If you still cannot find the source of the extra payments, feel free to reach out to our support team, they can assist you further. Make sure to have all of your payment information on hand, as our team will need it to find the payments and verify you as the account owner.
