My Question or Issue
I paid for a yearly subscription today but my expiry date will be on 1/4/2020. Why is my subscription 3+ months short?

Hi @yuna5566,
That seems strange. Here's a link that you could look at to help you figure out why that is the case: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/subscription_information/how-do-i-check-my-subscrip...
This link is "Why isn't my Premium subscription working?": https://support.spotify.com/article/i-pay-for-premium-why-am-i-on-free/
If you want more assisstance with this matter, I'm sure you could bring it up with the Spotify support team: in this link.
Hope this helps!

I went for a customer chat support. It appears they are using the mm-dd-yyyy format, so it reads as April 1, 2020 and not January 4, 2020 as I previously thought. So the subscription expiry date turns out to be correct.
I appreciate the help! 🙂
