Is there a yearly subscription price for  Individual premium plan? I can remember awhile back there was, but not seeing it on the website.

You can see all currently available offers at https://spotify.com/premium. While I can confirm that there was an annual offer, this might not be the case at this time 🙂 Availability can vary by country/region too.
