My Question or Issue

I had a Duo plan that I was paying for, which cost 8 dollars. After I canceled it as recommended directly by Spotify, I joined a Family plan which is paid for by another person. However, Spotify is still charging me 8 dollars again. This has been going on for about two months now. I accepted the first charge because I thought they were charging me for the last month I used it, but now they're trying to charge me again. What should I do? I checked my plans again, canceled all of them, and then re-added the Family plan, but I'm still being charged the aforementioned 8 dollars.

Hey @Juancojon 

 

Do you get email receipts for your subscription purchases? Search for one of them in your email account. In it, the Spotify username you're paying for is shown:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

 

If you're getting charged twice, it probably means you're paying more than one account. Checking your receipts is a way to confirm that.
