Ineligible for free Duo offer?

Ineligible for free Duo offer?

I got an email saying I could get 2 months of Duo for free. Clicking the link, it says I'm "ineligible for that plan" on my account page. I am currently an Individual subscriber.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

You might've received that email because you have a second account with Spotify. I recommend reading the small print that's part of the email to find out if you're eligible for the offer. 🙂

The email was sent to the address I use to log into Spotify. I do not have a second account. There is no fine print stating eligibility criteria other than that the offer isn't transferrable and it expires 4/16.
