Is it possible to switch student credentials from one account to another?

My Question or Issue

I am currently trying to sign up for the student plan on my Spotify account. However, I was paying for a student plan on an account I don't use any more without realizing it for a couple months. I ended the subscription on the account I do not use anymore, but now when I try to sign up for the student on on my current account, it says I can't because my student credentials are on the other account. Thanks.

Transferring the discount should be possible, but it can only be done by our support folks.
