Issue with Duo

I have a US account on Spotify that I've had for 10+ years. I recently moved to the UK where I reside with my partner. I've paid for a Duo account, but he's not able to sign up to it (assuming because I have a US-based account I pay for in dollars, and his is UK-based). 

What is the workaround here? Annoyed as I've already paid for the membership and we're not able to use it fully.

Thanks for reaching out.

Since you're now living in the UK, you'll need to get your account's country setting updated to the UK as well, for the Duo plan to work as expected. 🙂
