Issues with payment

I have subscribed to the annual premium plan, and it will be expiring in 6 months time, so I am trying to renew it, but I am getting an error message saying that I am not eligible for that plan.
Why is that the case, and how can I solve it?

Hey @Hans_vasili1, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

If you are currently on Premium that is set to auto-renew, that may be why you’re getting that error message. Your plan will renew automatically at the end of your billing cycle. If you subscribed through a third-party, you must go through them to make any changes related to your plan.

 

If you are switching plans, I’d recommend changing plans through your Account page using a different browser or private window.
