Try to get Spotify premium and it keeps going to a page that says This page got tripped up .

Basically I am trying to get spotify premium right now, but keeps going to this page which I think it means it can't load the page right now, but it says 'This page got tripped up', 'there was an error and we coudln't load the page.' How am I meant to fix this?
