It says insufficient balance but i checked and i have credit (Globe PH carrier)

I have double checked my credit balance and i was going to get the ₱129 3 months premium by using the payment method of Globe(carrier) credit. I've tried it 5 times already and it always says that i have insufficient credit even though i have ₱144 worth of credit.

In this case, please try to make the payment using a different device. You can also try from a different browser or an incognito window. 

If that doesn't work, we'd recommend reaching out to Globe, so they can look into it.
