Just subscribed for 99 cents and was charged $9.99 for 3 months.

Just subscribed for 99 cents and was charged $9.99 for 3 months.

Below I have a screenshot of my reciept that says I paid for the 3 month promotion. However it also says I was charged the full $9.99. How can I get a refund, extra months or a fix to my problem for this payment error.

The .99 offer is available to users that have never had Premium on their account before (via a subscription or a trial).
 

Also, It's not possible to get one of the offers with a payment method that's already been used to purchase a subscription or another offer before.
