My Question or Issue 

 

Hallo, ich habe am Donnerstag, den 30.08.2018 mein Spotify Konto per Gutschein aufgeladen, heute jedoch teilen mir App und Kontoübersicht mit, dass ich keinen Premium Status habe. Ich bitte um Überprüfung.

Since the community only supports English, I hope you don't mind me replying back in English.

 

Could you send me a screenshot of the message that has told you your account has reverted to the Free ad-supported version? Please hide sensitive info when posting to the community.

 

Also, make sure you can still access your Premium content such as checking to see if you see ads when trying to skip music.
