Kicked out of premium for family

Kicked out of premium for family

6 of me and my colleagues are sharing the Family Premium package. However, as we inserted a different address with the account owner's during verification, now we got kicked out of Premium and we couldn't verify ourselves even though the owner has invited us again.

 

HELP!

Sadly, it is not possible to change the address on an existing Premium for Family plan. However, no worries if you wish to change it! It is possible but you will need to create a new account and subscribe to Premium for Family on that account. Don’t forget to cancel the plan on your old account!

 

Nevertheless, keep in mind that all members of a Premium for Family plan must reside at the same physical address. If Spotify removed you from the plan you were previously, you can restore your Premium features by upgrading to a standalone Premium subscription.
