L'abonnement duo saute sur l'un des appareils, pourquoi ?

Ma fille installe premium sur son téléphone après avoir reçu l'invitation, mais quelques heures après elle repasse en Spotify standard, obligé de lui renvoyer l'invitation !!

I hope you don't mind me replying in English, since it the Community's official language. This can happen when Spotify isn't able to verify the address for a Duo plan. You can learn more about this here.
