Limited premium features

Im from Peru just came to New York and just subscribed couple days ago using my visa debit card from my country since then only premium features i have are being able to download playlists, adfree and listen to whatever song i want. For example, the suffle song features tells me that i need to buy a premium subs. How i can fix this? Thanks.
