My Question or Issue

I’m confused about how I ended up with two active Spotify accounts, especially after I set up a new one and requested to switch to the premium plan using a different email and close the prior account.  This was already discussed with support back in 2023.

Despite that, I was charged twice for two years. Spotify’s response so far—a three-month credit—doesn’t come close to addressing the overcharges, and it feels like they’re overlooking important details from the previous conversations. Has anyone experienced something similar or found a resolution?

Welcome to the Spotify Community, and thanks for reaching out to us here!

Unfortunately, here in the community we cannot see, access or make any changes to Spotify accounts. In this case, the best approach, if you have any further questions, is contacting the Customer Support again.

Sorry for not being able to lend you a hand now...
