Buonasera, in conseguenza ai problemi riscontratisi nei giorni scorsi, l'applicazione ha effettuato un logout autonomo dal mio account. Da quel momento non sono più riuscito ad entrare in possesso delle credenziali necessarie per accedere. Sono in possesso del nome che viene visualizzato, del numero di carta che uso per il pagamento dell'abbonamento premium, ma non della mail con la quale mi sono registrato. E' possibile risalire a tale informazione? Chiedo gentilmente supporto.

Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community, and welcome! I hope you don't mind me replying in English.

 

If you can think of possible email addresses that you own, I recommend taking a look at this support article and trying entering them in the password reset form that is linked there. When you enter the email address registered to your Spotify account, you'll get a message that a password reset email was sent (which you can use to change your password, if you've forgotten your current one). 

 

If you can’t think of the right email address for your Spotify account, I would recommend getting in touch with Customer Support via their anonymous contact form provided at the end of this support article (where it says contact us); they can take a deeper look into your Spotify account, and help you to identify the login credentials associated with it.

 

Make sure that you’re logged out of any Spotify account in your browser when using the anonymous contact form; that way, you can enter the information for the account that you’re having trouble with.

Over time I have changed too many accounts, I have many emails but none of them seem to be my premium profile. The display name is Follxex and i have the url of the playlist I had created but here I am not allowed to post it. If it were possible to get help, I would be delighted.  Also because if I don't have an account, I can't even cancel my subscription, in addition to having lost all my songs.

In this case, I recommend contacting Customer Support; they'll do their best to help you regain access to your Premium account, and you can get in touch with them via their anonymous contact form provided at the end of this support article (where it says contact us).
