Lost Student discount without reason

Recently I lost my Student discount with no reason or notification.

During October and November, I had the discount. But after that between December and February, my account returned itself to a basic prenium account without discount. I didn't receiv any notification for that raise of price, so I had to figure it out by myself. I find it annoying, because spotify says the discount is valid for 12 mounth...Apparently not. I don't want to check every mounth if the discount disappears again...

I Ask for a refund of the extra money. Thanks

Yeah I sign for the student discount in october like I said. But it disapear only 2 mounths after.

Hi @lucien2,

Did you go through the verification process on October or you did that earlier in the year? If you verified your Student Discount at the beginning of the year but only upgraded to Premium for Students in October, this would explain why the discount expired earlier.
