Lost account

I was restarting my phone, and when I turned it back on and opened Spotify, I was logged out of my account. I have Spotify premium on my account, and I logged back into my account and all my songs were gone. It had reset to songs I had saved years ago on a free account. I read the troubleshooting pages and my premium account might have been linked with my facebook, but when I tried logging in it said the account login failed. How do I get my premium account with all my recently saved songs back?
