Lost premium subscription

Hello,

 

I received an E-Mail that I should reset my password, because of suspicious account activity. 

 

I did reset it and logged in into my app, but my premium status is not available although I have already paid for it.

 

Can you please help me?

Found the issue... I just found out that I have two accounts.
