Me puedo volver a unir a un plan familiar que volvieron a activar?

me uni a un plan familiar pero no lo pagaron y la suscripción se acabo, intente unirme a mi antiguo plan familiar pero me dice que tengo que esperar 12 meses

Hey @Maclau_123,

 

Thanks for reaching out to the Community! Hope you don't mind me replying in English.

 

Members can change their Family plan only once a year. So, by joining the new Family plan, you exercised your right to change plans, meaning you won't be able to join another one in 12 months. This is mentioned here.

Hola! Me pasa lo mismo y ya pague con mi familia el plan, dos veces en anteriores oportunidades Spotify no reconocia el pago y se pagaba tarde por eso, ahora que lo pudieron pagar 2 dias despues, quiero entrar y me dice que no puedo, hay alguna manera de solucionar esto y no tener que volver a pagar uno individual que no eras necesario, y disculpen la molestia. Muchas gracias! No pasa anda si la respuesta es en Ingles.
