Hey there,

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

We hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the forum.

It is possible you logged in into a free account. This can be the reason why you can't see the Premium service. We suggest you check the details of the account you logged in into with these steps in a mobile device:

  1. Go to Home.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. At the top of settings, you can see the email linked to your account (if any) and the type of plan.

You can also go to password reset and enter possible email addresses you own. When you enter an email that's registered with Spotify, you'll get a password reset message for that email.

Note: Keep in mind there are a few ways to sign up, e.g. with email, phone number, Facebook, Apple, or Google. Try logging in with these, your Premium account may be linked to one of these options as well.

As part of the Premium subscription, all music can be enjoyed ad-free. And while Spotify doesn’t play ads that interrupt the music listening experience of Premium subscribers, some podcasts may include advertising, host-read endorsements, or sponsorship independently of the streaming platforms featuring such podcasts. That being explained, it's possible you hear ads while listening to a podcast and that would be expected.

For more info on what price changes mean for your account, head to Spotify.com or our FAQ page. We also outlined why we're making these changes over on For the Record.

Keep us in the loop!
