Family subscription,

I have signed up to a Family subscription and send an invite to my son and to my husband. 

My son didn't have any problems - but when my husband tries to accept the invite, is says that he is not in the same country???? We sit at the same address, at the same laptop, at the same wifi, we type in the right adress (believe me, we DID check). 

Why is it saying this???

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community. We moved your post from the Chat board to the relevant Help board, where it fits better.

 

In this case, we suggest that you ask your husband to log in to his Account page to check the country settings he registered on the account. If it's different from the owner's, he can change it by following the steps here

 

If it's the same and he's still getting the same error message, it's worth trying to accept the invite again from an incognito window and a different device and making sure he's doing this while connected to a local WiFi.
