I paid via PayPal for the premium package, but I did not receive the authorization, however, the money was deducted from my account and it is not even displayed in the PayPal application

Thanks for reaching out.

We'd suggest opening your account page and checking your current payment method to make sure you've used your PayPal account and not your credit/debit card directly. If it is indeed PayPal, then please reach out to them for further troubleshooting.
