In my invoice overview I'm missing last months invoice. How can I get it?

Hey @Dennis321, and welcome to the community.

Hope you're doing great!

 

In this case, I'd recommend checking out this support article for more info and the next steps to take. Make sure that you are logged into the correct account, and also make sure that you didn't use a Gift Card to pay for Premium.

Yes I understand, but the problem is that the September invoice is missing in my overview. The last invoice is from the third of August.

Did you recieve any email when you paid for tjhe month of Sept? Also, please make sure that you are logged into the correct account.

No, but I never receive emails about payment, I allways download the receipts from my account. The payments are automatically cashed. The payment was done on the fifth of Sept.

Could you try using another browser or incognito mode? Also, feel free to send screeshots of any error messages being shown (make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the community).

Thanks for the screenshots. I removed them for security.

 

In this case, please try again in a few days. I also see that you get charged on the 3rd. Since that is the case, please wait for October's invoice, and let me know if you see September's or not.
