[Mobile] SAYS I'VE TAKEN A FREE TRIAL - BUT I HAVE NOT - AND I HAVE NO RECEIPTS OF ONE

Please advise:  I tried signing up for the free 3-month trial just now.  Says I've "already taken a trial" -- but I never have.  I do not even have a single receipt in my receipts folder, so I would think that this would also prove I've never "taken" a free trial.  Please help.  How can I get the free trial?

This can happen if you've paid for Premium in the past on another account with the same payment method or if your account was on Premium as member of a Family plan before. You can check this support article for more information about the trial offers.
