Am I hacked? How can I find out which Spotify account is connected to my credit card?

Sorry to hear that you're seeing unexpected charges on your card. Most likely your card is linked to an active Spotify Premium subscription. In this case, we recommend checking the points listed on this page for what to do next. If there's a possibility that your friends or family members have had access to your payment details, it's worth double-checking with them if they've used your details to sign up for Premium.
