I pay for one account from my credit card that goes out every month at 16.99 and I also pay via paypal the same amount once a month. How do I get this to stop?

Superuser Contribution Charge done immediately in my CC although it was supposed to be in a month

I have just contracted premium, and when doing the buying process it said that the charge would be done in July but I can see the charge in my June credit card statement, how come?
